November - Monsters, Toys & an Acorn

Over to the Muppets - another favorite from my last visit (ummm, 20 (!!) years ago) - and they were mighty excited about it!

Obsession #1: The Acorn
He found it as we were leaving the hotel and it didn't leave his side. Ever. As in... it is still, to this day (mid-January), on his dresser in his room.

Soooooo...... she liked the Studio Backlot Tour even less than the Jungle Cruise.
Even Nick wasn't so sure about it...

However Acron really enjoyed the earthquake and flames - of course he had his own seat on the tram...
"Now be a good boy, OK? OK. Yes. You listen to me - you have to sit still! no talking!"

Pondering the meaning of life.... quantum physics.... the color of Acorn's eyes...

"Mommy! Do you want to say hi to Acorn?!"

The second time I thought about Luke today!

Andy's Room en route to Toy Story Mania, which I didn't realize it was an arcade-game-meets-ride so that was kind of nifty. But it was the entrance to the ride was AMAZING!
That's right. You salute mommy!

Cuddling up together (aww!).... COMPLETELY exhausted...
Sitting on a park bench, our legs outstretched as their 'bed', they both CONKED OUT!

Adrienne woke up just in time to go see The Little Mermaid play. Afterwards I asked, "Well!? How did you like it!?" She scrunched up her nose & shrugged, "I like the one with Aunt Keri better."
Note to Keri: Save the Gs. Beach Haven's Surflight Theater trumps Disney.
(I KNEW it! Remember I said she'll never be impressed with Broadway now that she got to go ON STAGE and then do a meet & greet with EVERY character!!!)

But that's ok.... because Disney has one cast of characters that I have yet to run into back in the Garden State...........
